Enterprise AI Interview Simulation System

The Problem

Traditional interview preparation methods are passive and lack realistic practice environments. Institutions needed:

• Scalable AI-driven simulation
• Multi-role administration tools
• Performance analytics
• Configurable AI personas
• Real-time conversational feedback
• Secure, enterprise-ready architecture

The challenge was designing a multi-tenant, role-based AI system that felt intuitive despite its technical complexity.

Platform Architecture I Designed For

The system includes four distinct role-based logins:

  1. Department Admin

  2. Course Admin

  3. Author

  4. Student (Learner)

Each login required a tailored UX model with different permissions, workflows, and data visibility. Designing for this required:
