I designed an internal operations platform for Manyavar that connected customer lifecycle tracking, stylist analytics, and fulfillment risk monitoring into a single decision system.

Overview

Manyavar operates in a high-ticket, multi-stage wedding retail environment where revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency are tightly coupled.

I designed a unified Store Operations Intelligence System to bring structure to a fragmented workflow spanning appointments, styling, inventory, tailoring, and regional demand patterns.

The outcome was a scalable operational dashboard that enables store managers to proactively manage conversion, reduce fulfillment risk, and optimize revenue per wedding customer.

This project demonstrates my ability to design decision systems, not just interfaces.

Omnichannel Store Performance & Dashboard

The Problem

Wedding retail is multi-stage and operationally complex:

• Walk-ins and booked appointments
• Multiple stylists handling parallel families
• High-value purchases with accessory upsell potential
• Tailoring deadlines tied to fixed wedding dates
• Regional demand variability

Existing retail tools tracked billing, but not workflow risk or conversion mechanics.

The absence of structured insight led to inconsistent stylist performance, missed bundling opportunities, and avoidable delivery delays.

The Solution

A modular internal dashboard structured across five operational pillars:

Wedding Pipeline Tracker
End-to-end lifecycle visibility from appointment to delivery with stage-level drop-off monitoring.

Styling Performance Analytics
Conversion rate, AOV, bundle attach rate, and stylist benchmarking to improve coaching and revenue consistency.

Inventory & Demand Intelligence
SKU-level stock visibility combined with regional demand trends.

Tailoring Risk Monitor
Deadline tracking with proactive risk indicators to prevent SLA breaches.

Regional Performance Insights
State-wise revenue and seasonal demand analysis to inform merchandising strategy.

The interface was designed as a production-grade system with sortable tables, drag-and-drop workflow states, exportable reports, and role-based views.
